Led by certified movement educator Marla Love, this session draws upon ELDOA™ techniques — a revolutionary method designed to create space within the spine and decompress joints. Breath is life — but how often do we breathe correctly? Stress, poor posture, and fatigue can disrupt our natural breathing patterns, leading to shallow breath, anxiety, and reduced energy.
In this immersive workshop, Marla Love combines her expertise in yoga and functional breath training to guide you through the science and practice of better breathing. With both anatomical education and hands-on practice, you’ll walk away with tools to support calmness, clarity, and deeper rest.
