Her background in competitive gymnastics, professional ballet, yoga, and movement therapy has given her a deep understanding of how the body moves and heals.

Marla has trained under Dianne Miller (Pilates), Eric Franklin (Dynamic Anatomy), and Guy Voyer (ELDOA™ Method), making her one of only three ELDOA™ Method trainers in Canada. She specializes in helping clients improve posture, relieve pain, and restore movement freedom through targeted techniques that go beyond traditional exercise.
